At Reddline Mfg, we offer a full array of services that fill almost every need in manufacturing, for individuals to large businesses.
CNC Milling
Our CNC Mill can handle parts as large as 11″ x 17″ x 10″. It can process parts in almost any material you can think of. We can handle Plastics, Aluminum, Steel, Stainless, and even Titanium.
CNC Turning
Our CNC Lathe is small but mighty! Parts as long as 2″ x 6″ can be made on this machine, in nearly any material. With Live tooling and C-Axis milling, we can make most turned parts in one setup!
CNC Routing
For larger parts, our CNC Router table handles sheet materials as large as 4′ x 8′ x 2″ thick. Our vacuum table holds material securely, while the powerful spindle cuts the wood, plywood, plastic, foam, etc., to your desired specification!
3d Printing
For quick and cheap prototyping, we offer an array of FDM and SLA printers. They can swiftly print your part from screen to reality. These printers are also ideal for one-off products.
Welding + Metal Fabrication
Our welding facilities can complete almost any welding project you need. We can weld Aluminum, Steel, and Stainless, in TIG, MIG, and SMAW (Stick).
3D CAD Design
We can modify your model, or create one for you from scratch! We can also convert STL files to solid models, and export them in your preferred format!
Finishing
In-house finishing services include Wet spray painting, Sanding, Glass Bead Blasting, and Tumbling.
Turnkey services
We work with several local shops to provide services which we do not or cannot offer. Services we can coordinate for you include: Laser and water jet cutting, sheet metal bending, powdercoating, aluminum anodizing, and metal plating. Just ask, and we can find it!
